
Senior Lead, Credit Card Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the Credit Card growth strategy, including planning, modeling, projections, and establishing a prioritized roadmap.
• Develop and sustain the acquisition engine across various channels such as paid advertising, search, affiliates, referrals, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and emerging channels.
• Assume direct responsibility for channel execution in areas lacking a designated channel owner.
• Create and refine sign-up offers, welcome bonuses, referral incentives, and other promotional initiatives.
• Conduct a high-velocity experimentation program aimed at enhancing performance.
• Analyze the acquisition and application funnel to identify potential conversion opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize significant product-led growth initiatives.
• Monitor progress towards new-client targets for Credit Cards and work to close any performance gaps.
• Proven experience in developing 0→1 growth playbooks, setting ambitious goals, and surpassing them.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver measurable growth, rather than merely formulating strategies or managing programs.
• Possess a highly analytical, hands-on approach to growth, experimentation, forecasting, and execution.
• Exhibit a relentless, channel-agnostic mindset; readiness to utilize or create any effective channel.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to achieve results through Product and channel teams without directly managing them.
• Experience in credit card growth is a plus.
• Familiarity with building or enhancing incentive offer programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of credit card affiliate programs is a plus.
• Proficient in using SQL to analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities is a plus.
