Senior Java Developer – PwD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance to advance the Multigateway initiative for Governance, Connect Catalog, and Developer Portal products.

• Act as a technical reference within the development team and play a key role in making significant technical decisions.

• Design, develop, and improve solutions in accordance with the architectural guidelines of the platform.

• Work collaboratively with architects, team leaders, Product Managers, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Engage in technical analyses, discussions about trade-offs, technical exploration, and proofs of concept.

• Contribute to the integration efforts of Gateway, Connect Catalog, and Developer Portal.

• Develop and refine workflows, maturity models, policies, portals, credentials, and secure AWS integrations.

• Implement best practices regarding resilience, observability, security, governance, and operational excellence.

• Support code reviews, backlog refinement, the dissemination of best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Analyze technical issues and assist in the ongoing evolution of the platform, emphasizing quality, stability, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Developer focusing on digital products, cloud-native platforms, or distributed systems.

• Familiarity with API Management, Developer Portals, API governance, or multigateway ecosystems.

• Practical experience with AWS and the development of solutions utilizing native platform services.

• Proficiency with AWS API Gateway, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, AWS DynamoDB, and serverless patterns.

• Understanding of distributed architectures, microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven integrations.

• Strong expertise in OpenAPI/Swagger, contract design, versioning, and the API lifecycle.

• Experience with authentication, authorization, webhooks, and secure credential provisioning and consumption flows.

• Ability to comprehend product requirements and translate them into clear, sustainable, and well-engineered technical solutions.

• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams, demonstrating a collaborative spirit and a strong sense of ownership.

• Knowledge of scalability, resilience, security, and observability practices for digital platforms.
