Senior Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Define and steer solution architecture for enterprise-level applications

• Oversee technical design initiatives and facilitate implementation across distributed teams

• Contribute to the modernization and advancement of intricate legacy systems

• Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performing

• Collaborate effectively with developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

• Support delivery throughout the entire software development lifecycle

• Advocate for engineering best practices and architectural standards across teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development and solution architecture

• Strong foundation in Java (Java 11/17, Java EE / Jakarta EE)

• Expertise in database design and development (PostgreSQL)

• Proficiency in Eclipse RCP, SWT, and JFace

• Experience with WildFly Application Server

• Knowledge of enterprise software architecture and solution design

• Experience in legacy system modernization

• Familiarity with object-oriented design, design patterns, and engineering best practices

• Proven experience in navigating complex enterprise environments
