Senior IT Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmaps, configuration standards, environments, releases, licensing, security/roles, documentation, health, and ongoing enhancement for inRiver PIM, Bynder DAM, and the Boomi platform.

• Design and implement comprehensive integrations across PIM, DAM, CRM, commerce, web, analytics, ERP, Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and legacy manufacturing ERPs.

• Establish systems of record, data flows, interface contracts, and integration patterns.

• Develop, test, and deploy Boomi processes utilizing reusable components, logging, alerting, exception handling, and lifecycle practices.

• Integrate systems from acquired companies and legacy platforms.

• Define strategy for product and digital-asset master data, including ownership, lifecycle management, taxonomies, data models, governance, and data quality standards.

• Collaborate with Data & Analytics to deliver platform data into Microsoft Fabric and facilitate Power BI reporting.

• Manage end-to-end platform and integration projects, including scope, requirements, estimates, sequencing, resources, risks, testing, cutover, hypercare, budget, and prioritization of the backlog.

• Convert business needs into technical specifications and provide executive status updates.

• Lead design reviews and act as the escalation point for intricate platform, integration, and data challenges.

• Oversee software vendors and implementation partners, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to SLAs, handling escalations, conducting roadmap reviews, and managing SOWs, licensing, renewals, and value/cost assessments.

• Enhance internal capabilities through documentation, training, mentoring, and enabling business users.

• Contribute to IT strategy and the roadmaps for acquisition and digital commerce.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT with increasing technical responsibilities.

• 3+ years in a senior, lead, or architect-level position.

• Direct hands-on experience with a PIM and/or DAM platform.

• Practical experience in integration development and architecture on an iPaaS platform.

• Experience integrating enterprise applications within CRM environments, including Salesforce, eCommerce, content/DXP, order management, and ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of master data principles, including data modeling, taxonomy design, governance, stewardship, and data quality measurement.

• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional technology projects with accountability for delivery, budget, risk, and stakeholders.

• Practical experience in vendor management, including SOWs, SLAs, escalations, licensing, and renewals.

• Familiarity with APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, data transformation, and SQL.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and establish credibility with engineers, business leaders, and executives.

• Experience with inRiver and Bynder is strongly preferred; comparable platforms may be accepted if they offer transferable skills.

• Boomi experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with MuleSoft, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, or SnapLogic is transferable.

• A Master's degree, platform certifications, experience in manufacturing or industrial distribution, experience with Adobe Commerce/Magento or Adobe Experience Manager, familiarity with Microsoft Fabric/Azure data services/Power BI, experience with the Salesforce platform, knowledge of product data syndication, and certifications in PMP/Agile/Scrum/TOGAF/ITIL are additional qualifications that would be advantageous.
