Senior IT Project Manager – LIMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of LIMS across various locations

• Facilitate integrations with SAP/S4HANA, MES, laboratory instruments, and additional systems

• Manage project schedules, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement

• Coordinate technical teams to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery

• Proactively identify and address issues and obstacles

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT project management and system integration

• Familiarity with complex interfaces and interconnected IT environments

• Strong organizational skills and capability to manage interdependencies

• Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities

• High motivation to see projects through to completion with a sense of ownership

• Quick learner with the ability to navigate complex and unfamiliar systems

• Experience working with LIMS systems

• Documentation experience related to GxP in the Life Sciences/pharma sector
