This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Disaster Recovery and cyber resilience projects across various regions and locations.
• Manage the setup of an in-region co-location Disaster Recovery facility, ensuring proper network connectivity, storage solutions, Nutanix, VMware, firewalls, and application integration.
• Facilitate the enablement of Disaster Recovery and ensure recovery readiness for mission-critical applications.
• Lead the planning, testing, and execution of recovery and site failover exercises.
• Promote Ansible-based recovery automation, which includes automated technical runbooks and recovery playbooks.
• Direct cyber resilience efforts, including Citrix modernization, implementation of Azure MFA, malware protection, and the remediation of security issues.
• Coordinate efforts among Infrastructure, Network, Security, Applications, Business Continuity, vendors, and regional/site stakeholders.
• Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, dependency management, RAID oversight, governance, and executive status updates.
• Ensure that Disaster Recovery solutions are thoroughly tested, documented, transitioned to operations, and capable of achieving established recovery objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Preferred experience in Disaster Recovery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or business continuity projects.
• Strong grasp of Disaster Recovery principles, business continuity, recovery testing, failover strategies, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical settings, including GxP documentation.
• Proven track record in managing infrastructure projects involving VMware, Nutanix, storage, networking, firewalls, and co-location/data center environments.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and recovery orchestration methodologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as MFA, malware protection, Citrix, and security remediation processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing global or multi-site projects, technical vendors, risks, budgets, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, governance, and executive reporting.
• Proficiency in business English.
