Senior IT Project Manager – Application Rationalization Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee interdependencies, key milestones, and deliverables across various program workstreams

• Create and sustain integrated plans, dependency maps, and timelines that span multiple workstreams

• Detect conflicts, gaps, risks, and dependencies while facilitating their resolution with the appropriate teams

• Foster alignment among business, application, infrastructure, architecture, security, and other stakeholders involved in the program

• Deliver organized status reports detailing dependencies, risks, issues, and necessary decisions

• Assist in program governance, steering committees, and management reporting tasks

• Maintain a comprehensive perspective on the Application Rationalization roadmap

• Ensure that individual workstreams stay aligned with the overarching goals of the program

• Manage a global Application Rationalization Program for a pharmaceutical organization

• Serve as a program-level integration lead rather than engaging in technical integration or interface development

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in IT Project Management

• Proven experience in large-scale enterprise settings

• Background as an Integration Lead, PMO Lead, or Senior IT Project Manager managing multiple workstreams

• Strong expertise in managing dependencies, milestones, risks, and integrated planning

• Experience with intricate IT transformation, application portfolio, infrastructure, or application rationalization initiatives

• Familiarity with GxP documentation in regulated pharmaceutical settings

• Excellent stakeholder management skills across both technical and business teams

• Outstanding abilities in coordination, communication, escalation, and conflict resolution

• Capacity to work effectively within complex, global, and matrixed organizations

• Hands-on, structured, proactive, and delivery-focused attitude
