Senior IT Program Manager – Transformation Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee extensive IT transformation programs, encompassing SaaS implementations, legacy system replacements, and digital modernization efforts.

• Manage comprehensive program governance, including planning, execution, risk management, and budget oversight.

• Propel commercial platform transformation projects, such as CPQ, order management, and optimization of the order-to-cash process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and external partners.

• Lead carve-out and TSA-based migration initiatives, ensuring the successful separation and transition of systems, processes, and services.

• Oversee communications with executive stakeholders, steering committees, and program reporting.

• Ensure consistency between business goals and technology roadmaps.

• Monitor program performance, dependencies, and risks while applying effective mitigation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or a comparable program management certification is preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience in program management, specifically leading large-scale enterprise IT transformation projects.

• Demonstrated success in delivering SaaS implementations, modernizing legacy systems, and executing enterprise platform transformation initiatives.

• Strong background in CPQ, order management, commercial systems, and global system consolidation programs.

• Proven track record in managing carve-out, divestiture, TSA-based migrations, or IT separation projects.

• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and comprehensive Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, financial governance, vendor management, and risk management.

• Experience in global pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or highly regulated sectors.

• Proficient in English with exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
