Senior IT Program Manager – Transformation Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee extensive IT transformation projects, which encompass SaaS implementations, legacy system upgrades, and digital modernization efforts.

• Manage comprehensive program governance, including planning, execution, risk management, and financial oversight.

• Spearhead commercial platform transformation efforts, focusing on CPQ, order management, and optimizing the order-to-cash process.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams from Business, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and external partners.

• Lead carve-out and TSA-based migration initiatives, ensuring the effective separation and transition of systems, processes, and services.

• Handle communications with executive stakeholders, steering committees, and prepare program reports.

• Ensure that business objectives align with technology roadmaps.

• Track program performance, dependencies, and risks while executing effective mitigation strategies.

• Provide significant digital transformation solutions for clients in the life sciences sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or a similar program management certification is preferred.

• At least 8 years of program management experience leading large-scale enterprise IT transformation projects.

• Proven track record in delivering SaaS implementations, modernizing legacy systems, and executing enterprise platform transformation programs.

• Extensive experience with CPQ, order management, commercial systems, and global system consolidation initiatives.

• Demonstrated capability in managing carve-out, divestiture, TSA-based migrations, or IT separation projects.

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and comprehensive Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Excellent stakeholder management, financial governance, vendor management, and risk management skills.

• Experience in global pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or highly regulated sectors.

• Proficient in English with outstanding executive communication and presentation abilities.
