Senior IT Program Manager – Transformation Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee extensive IT transformation initiatives, including the implementation of SaaS solutions, replacement of legacy systems, and efforts in digital modernization.

• Handle comprehensive program governance, inclusive of planning, execution, risk management, and budget supervision.

• Propel initiatives for commercial platform transformation, focusing on CPQ, order management, and optimizing the order-to-cash processes.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams spanning Business, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and external partners.

• Direct carve-out and TSA-based migration efforts, ensuring successful separation and transition of systems, processes, and services.

• Manage communications with executive stakeholders, steering committees, and oversee program reporting.

• Ensure that business objectives align with technology roadmaps.

• Monitor program performance, dependencies, and risks, while executing effective strategies for mitigation.

• Deliver intricate global transformation projects for clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, animal health, and life sciences sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Preferred program management certification such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent.

• At least 8 years of experience in program management, specifically leading large-scale enterprise IT transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in delivering SaaS implementations, modernizing legacy systems, and executing enterprise platform transformation programs.

• Extensive experience with CPQ, order management, commercial systems, and global system consolidation initiatives.

• Experience in managing carve-out, divestiture, TSA-based migrations, or IT separation projects.

• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and comprehensive Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Proficient in stakeholder management, financial governance, vendor management, and risk management.

• Experience in global pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries.

• Proficient in English with outstanding executive communication and presentation skills.
