This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +35 more states.
• Assist in business planning, tactical implementation, and integration of digital initiatives.
• Develop system scope and objectives based on organizational needs.
• Set standards for system documentation and quality assurance practices.
• Create technology solutions utilizing established processes or innovative methods.
• Generate project specifications and define the technical vision.
• Evaluate usability and performance trade-offs.
• Convert customer requirements and emerging technologies into actionable business strategies.
• Identify and document system changes and requirements.
• Design training programs and curricula for end-users and manage ongoing training sessions.
• Oversee and prioritize enhancement requests across digital channels.
• Investigate, monitor, and resolve intricate project, system, and application issues.
• Utilize data analysis to support fact-based decision-making.
• Manage application and end-user documentation standards and policies.
• Create integrated testing scenarios and thorough testing plans.
• Engage in meetings, presentations, visioning sessions, strategic planning, implementation, and company-wide support tasks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology leaders, development teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in information technology, particularly in user-centered design for mobile/web applications or large, content-rich consumer websites.
• Basic understanding of information technology and healthcare sectors.
• Experience in medium-scale project planning and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across various facilities and levels.
• Mentoring capabilities for junior team members.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts and hours, and respond to a pager when necessary.
• Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming.
