Business Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete process for Supply Chain Health Assessments and related assessment data.

• Assist in the development and delivery of assessments for Sales.

• Utilize expertise in ERP and supply chain data to address industry-specific, ERP-related, and data-centric inquiries.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert across various domains including Enterprise Business Intelligence, Product, Development, Sales, and Solution Engineering.

• Enhance assessment tools, processes, and presentations intended for clients.

• Design and optimize internal reporting for presales initiatives.

• Analyze data profiles and construct client-specific assessments to boost presales efficiency.

• Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory changes, and product developments.

• Collaborate with Product leadership on the roadmap for assessment tools and new data and analytics features.

• Manage and prioritize multiple requests from Sales, Product, and Development independently.

• Address complex or unclear data challenges and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.

• Report directly to the VP of Solution Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience in Supply Chain, technical Product Management, Sales, or Engineering.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, or Supply Chain experience complemented by an MBA or another advanced degree in a relevant field.

• Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentation creation.

• Eagerness to learn and utilize AI-assisted tools.

• Experience with ERP and/or EMR systems.

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.

• Capability to format and analyze extensive data sets.

• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customer organizations.

• Skill in translating vague business challenges into structured analytical methodologies.

• Knowledge and experience with ERP systems and supply chain data.

• Understanding of key industry and business processes.

• Professional communication skills for writing emails, RFPs, and reports.

• Competence in public speaking in large and high-visibility settings.

• Outstanding business acumen and presentation capabilities.
