Senior Investment Banking Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all phases of transactions, from prospect pitching to deal closures.

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch books.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Generate and implement marketing strategies.

• Participate in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to facilitate and lead client engagements.

• Assist in business development, marketing initiatives, and daily operations.

• Ensure the delivery of top-notch outputs for both internal and external users.

• Self-review work and maintain a keen eye for detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• At least 3-4 years of transaction experience in investment banking.

• Professional demeanor and client management capabilities.

• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in both finance and accounting.

• Motivated self-starter able to work autonomously as well as in team settings.

• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to producing high-quality results.

• Capacity to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction phases.

• Ability to drive deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Skilled in financial modeling, writing, and presentation techniques.

• Articulate with outstanding communication abilities.

• Superior attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Capability to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners.
