Finance Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the updating and structuring of spreadsheets and financial controls.

• Aid in the reconciliation and verification of financial data and information.

• Support daily activities related to bank reconciliation.

• Help in updating and monitoring cash flow.

• Assist with the processing of payments.

• Help organize financial documents and information.

• Provide support for general Controllership activities.

• Assist the Finance team with daily requests.

• Contribute to keeping financial controls and information well-organized and current.

• Collaborate closely with the Finance team to support the financial operations of the Corp business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field.

• Basic proficiency in Excel.

• Intermediate level of English proficiency.

• A keen interest in learning and pursuing a career in Finance.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with numbers and data.

• Effective communication skills.

• Proactive mindset and a readiness to take initiative.

• Curiosity to comprehend processes and acquire new skills.

• Preferred: Intermediate Excel skills.

• Preferred: Experience with or fundamental knowledge of financial routines.

• Preferred: Experience with or basic understanding of cash flow and bank reconciliation.

• Preferred: Advanced English proficiency.

• Preferred: Academic or professional background with spreadsheets and financial controls.
