Senior Investment Banking Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all phases of transactions, from prospect pitching to deal closure.

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch presentations.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Generate and implement marketing strategies.

• Participate in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to support and lead client engagements.

• Assist in business development, marketing initiatives, and daily operations.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in investment banking transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Professionalism and skills in client management.

• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in both finance and accounting principles.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as in teams.

• Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality results.

• Ability to manage high-pressure workloads during critical phases of transactions.

• Capacity to drive deliverables with minimal oversight.

• Expertise in financial modeling, writing, and presentation skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to self-edit.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives and business owners.
