Senior Investment Banking Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of transactions, from prospect pitches to deal closures.

• Supervise the daily responsibilities of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch books.

• Conduct financial analyses and modeling.

• Generate and implement innovative marketing strategies.

• Take part in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to support and lead client interactions.

• Contribute to business development, marketing initiatives, and daily operations.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables for both internal and external users.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• At least 3–4 years of experience in transactions within investment banking.

• Professionalism and skills in client management.

• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in both finance and accounting.

• Self-motivated individual who thrives in both independent and team settings.

• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to producing high-quality results.

• Capability to manage intense workloads during critical transaction phases.

• Ability to drive deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Expertise in financial modeling, writing, and presentation skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and self-editing capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Capacity to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners.
