Senior Investment Banking Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of transactions, from prospect pitching to deal closure.

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch books.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Generate and implement marketing strategies.

• Take part in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to support and lead client interactions.

• Assist in business development and marketing initiatives.

• Contribute to the daily operations.

• Ensure the delivery of top-tier outputs for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3-4 years of transaction experience in investment banking.

• Professional demeanor and client management capabilities.

• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication proficiency.

• Knowledgeable in both finance and accounting.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in team settings.

• Excellent work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Capacity to manage high-intensity workloads during critical phases of transactions.

• Ability to drive deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Expertise in financial modeling, writing, and presentation skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to self-edit.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners.
