Senior Investment Banking Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of transactions, from prospect pitching to deal closure

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch books

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling

• Generate and implement marketing strategies

• Participate in conference calls and meetings

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to assist and lead client engagements

• Drive business development and marketing initiatives

• Contribute to daily operational activities

• Ensure high-quality deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders

• Self-review work and maintain meticulous attention to detail

• 3-4 years of experience in investment banking transactions

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Professional demeanor and strong client management abilities

• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills

• Knowledgeable in both finance and accounting

• Driven self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings

• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality results

• Capability to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction phases

• Ability to drive deliverables with minimal supervision

• Proficient in financial modeling, writing, and presentation skills

• Articulate with outstanding communication abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
