Senior Investment Banking Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of transactions, from prospect pitching to deal closure.

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch books.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Generate and implement marketing initiatives.

• Participate in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to facilitate and lead client engagements, business development, marketing efforts, and everyday operations.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Self-review deliverables and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3–4 years of transaction experience in investment banking.

• Professionalism coupled with strong client management abilities.

• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiencies in both finance and accounting.

• Driven self-starter capable of working independently as well as in a team-oriented setting.

• Exceptional work ethic and a dedication to producing high-quality outcomes.

• Capability to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction periods.

• Ability to drive deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, writing, and presentation skills.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Capacity to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners.
