Senior Investment Banking Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of transactions, from pitching to prospective clients to finalizing deals.

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch books.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Generate and implement marketing strategies.

• Take part in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to facilitate and lead client engagements.

• Assist in business development, marketing initiatives, and daily operations.

• Ensure top-quality deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in investment banking transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Professional demeanor and client management abilities.

• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in finance and accounting principles.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as in teams.

• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality results.

• Ability to manage intense workloads during critical transaction periods.

• Capacity to drive deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Expertise in financial modeling, writing, and presentation skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and self-editing capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners.
