This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee detailed acquisition integration plans for designated functions, utilizing findings from due diligence.
• Manage integration schedules, deliverables, milestones, and potential risks.
• Secure alignment from senior, corporate development, and departmental leaders.
• Lead the execution of designated integration workstreams and oversee resource management.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables while fostering stakeholder engagement throughout the integration process.
• Collaborate with workstream leadership, NewCo, and the Integration Management Office.
• Oversee the daily execution of assigned workstreams.
• Facilitate workstream meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Monitor the progress of functional teams and provide status updates to project teams and senior leadership.
• Escalate risks, delays, and obstacles as necessary.
• Conduct postmortem evaluations and document insights gained.
• Assist in the documentation of integration strategies, playbooks, and planning materials.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external onshore and offshore stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Communicate expectations and liaise with stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Provide project management leadership and coaching to team members.
• Suggest enhancements to M&A integration processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Advanced knowledge of the M&A integration lifecycle, Integration Management Office (IMO), and finance/accounting.
• Experience primarily focused on M&A is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP integrations/migrations, including Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
• Proficient in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• PMP, CCMP, or similar certifications are preferred.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to synthesize complex information.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proven project and change management skills to hold others accountable, follow up with stakeholders, and advance projects.
• Ability to guide others through the change management process.
• Must reside within the United States.
• ERP experience is mandatory.
