
Senior Integration Manager β ERP Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and oversee detailed acquisition integration strategies for assigned functions.
β’ Utilize due diligence insights to reinforce the strategic investment rationale and reduce risk.
β’ Achieve consensus from senior leadership, Corporate Development, and departmental heads.
β’ Oversee project expectations, schedules, resources, deliverables, milestones, and potential risks.
β’ Drive the implementation of designated M&A integration workstreams.
β’ Collaborate with workstream leaders, NewCo, and the Integration Management Office.
β’ Organize workstream meetings, monitor action items, and ensure deliverables are followed up on.
β’ Track functional-team progress and provide status updates to project teams and senior leadership.
β’ Raise risks, delays, and obstacles as necessary.
β’ Conduct post-mortem evaluations and document key takeaways.
β’ Assist in developing integration strategies, playbooks, and planning documents.
β’ Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
β’ Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
β’ Offer project management guidance and mentoring to team members.
β’ Suggest enhancements to M&A integration processes, tools, and methodologies.
β’ Bachelor's Degree.
β’ 5β7 years of experience in project management.
β’ A minimum of 3β5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
β’ In-depth understanding of the M&A integration lifecycle, Integration Management Office (IMO), and finance/accounting.
β’ Experience with ERP integrations/migrations, including Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
β’ Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
β’ PMP, CCMP, or similar certifications are preferred.
β’ Strong skills in collaboration and relationship building.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Proficient in synthesizing complex information.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Skills in project and change management, including holding stakeholders accountable and propelling projects forward.
β’ ERP project management experience is essential.
β’ Must reside in the United States.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
β’ Must not require employer sponsorship for work authorization or employment visa status.
