This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the planning and execution of intricate EHR and system integration initiatives.
• Oversee project scope, timeline, requirements, challenges, and risks.
• Disseminate project management best practices while pinpointing opportunities for process enhancement.
• Report integration progress, performance metrics, and KPI updates to stakeholders.
• Simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences across functions.
• Build and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
• Assess emerging technologies, integration tools, and industry best practices.
• Analyze technical process and concept suggestions based on business strategy and performance factors.
• Formulate strategies and solutions for system interoperability and data exchange across EHR platforms.
• Offer advanced technical guidance on integration standards and practices to product development teams.
• Design, document, and present integration solutions to senior management.
• Uphold the company's mission, values, and Quality Management System policies and procedures.
• Ensure regular and dependable attendance.
• Exhibit an inclusive mindset.
• Travel between Exact Science locations, with travel constituting up to 10% of working hours.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of pertinent experience in place of a bachelor’s degree.
• 5–7 years of experience in EHR integration, healthcare IT management, or IT project management.
• Must possess and maintain Epic Bridges certification throughout employment.
• In-depth knowledge of integration solutions such as point-to-point and API.
• Expert understanding of EHR systems including Epic and Cerner.
• Proficient in integration standards like HL7 and FHIR.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to influence and persuade key audiences.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and HITECH healthcare regulations.
• Competent computer skills, encompassing internet navigation and email proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.
• Capability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• PMI Project Management Certification is preferred.
