This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the planning and execution of intricate EHR and system integration projects.
β’ Manage the project scope, schedule, requirements, issues, and associated risks.
β’ Share best practices in project management and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
β’ Present updates on integration progress, performance metrics, and KPI reports to stakeholders.
β’ Translate technical concepts for diverse cross-functional audiences.
β’ Build and sustain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
β’ Assess emerging technologies, integration tools, and industry best practices.
β’ Formulate strategies and solutions to enhance EHR interoperability and data exchange.
β’ Provide advanced technical guidance regarding integration standards and practices.
β’ Design, document, and present integration solutions to senior management.
β’ Support the company's Quality Management System.
β’ Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
β’ Travel between Exact Sciences locations, dedicating approximately 10% of working time to travel.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience in place of a bachelor's degree.
β’ 5β7 years of experience in EHR integration, healthcare IT management, or IT project management.
β’ Possession and ongoing maintenance of Epic Bridges certification throughout employment.
β’ In-depth knowledge of point-to-point and API integration solutions.
β’ Extensive expertise in EHR systems such as Epic and Cerner.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of integration standards like HL7 and FHIR.
β’ Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade relevant audiences.
β’ Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
β’ Familiarity with HIPAA and HITECH healthcare regulations.
β’ Proficient computer skills, including internet navigation and email communication.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.
β’ Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
β’ Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
β’ PMI Project Management Certification is preferred.
β’ Individual Office Exception Approved.
