This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of intricate EHR and system integration initiatives
• Administer project scope, timelines, requirements, issues, and risks effectively
• Disseminate project management best practices while identifying opportunities for process enhancements
• Report on integration progress, performance metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders
• Simplify technical concepts for diverse, cross-functional audiences
• Build and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including executives
• Assess emerging technologies, integration tools, and industry-leading practices
• Review technical process and concept proposals using knowledge of business strategy and performance
• Create strategies and solutions for system interoperability and data sharing between EHR platforms
• Offer technical advice on integration standards and practices to product development teams
• Design, document, and present integration solutions to senior management
• Support the organization’s Quality Management System policies and procedures
• Embody the company's mission and values while promoting an inclusive mindset
• Ensure consistent and dependable attendance
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline; alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience in place of a bachelor’s degree
• 5-7 years of experience in EHR integration, healthcare IT management, or IT project management
• Maintain possession of Epic Bridges certification throughout employment
• In-depth knowledge of point-to-point and API integration solutions, EHR systems like Epic and Cerner, and integration standards such as HL7 and FHIR
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects at once
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to influence and persuade relevant stakeholders
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and HITECH
• Proficient computer skills, encompassing internet navigation and email communication
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote
• Proven ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• PMI Project Management Certification is preferred
• Opportunity and resources to travel 25% between Exact Science locations
• Potential to travel 10% of working hours away from the primary work location, which may include overnight or weekend travel
