Senior Integration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives for enterprise data analysis across various source systems.

• Identify risks related to data quality and establish integration standards.

• Define strategies for source-to-target mapping of standardized data domain assets.

• Analyze and address complex data relationships and grain challenges across systems.

• Document data lineage and specify transformation requirements.

• Conduct assessments to identify root causes and suggest remediation strategies for Data Engineering.

• Oversee the design, governance, and progression of source-to-target mappings for the Silver Medallion layer.

• Manage metadata and governance assets within the Snowflake Horizon Catalog.

• Maintain documentation for business definitions, data lineage, mappings, quality standards, ownership assignments, and critical data elements.

• Establish and govern the business acceptance criteria for enterprise data products.

• Lead the validation and certification process for critical business identifiers and key data elements.

• Address data-domain and reference-data integration issues within the Silver Medallion layer.

• Conduct trend analysis and root-cause investigations at the enterprise level.

• Define requirements for corrective actions and advocate for process and technology enhancements.

• Act as the authoritative owner of transformation logic and comprehensive lineage documentation.

• Serve as the primary escalation point and strategic liaison for incidents related to identity, integration, and data quality.

• Lead impact assessments, define remediation and testing requirements, and supervise the controlled promotion of solutions through release and governance processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in data analysis.

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or health information management (HIM).

• Working knowledge of healthcare patient and provider data structures and workflows.

• Experience with AthenaOne is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce provider credentialing and Workday as provider data sources is advantageous.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Capability to independently query Snowflake.

• Experience in defining data quality rules, managing issue backlogs, conducting root-cause analysis, and communicating trends along with business impacts.

• Understanding of HIPAA privacy and security requirements as they pertain to identity data, access, auditability, and merge/unmerge operations.

• Ability to document standards, facilitate cross-functional decisions, train operational users, and convey data quality findings to non-technical leaders.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience with the Snowflake Horizon Catalog or another enterprise data catalog/governance platform is preferred.

• Ability to read data models, interpret automated test results, and work within medallion or layered data architectures is preferred.

• Experience in behavioral health, multi-site outpatient practices, or other complex healthcare delivery environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with referential, probabilistic, and deterministic matching methods is preferred.

• Experience in producing stewardship scorecards and presenting data quality trends to governance or operational leadership is preferred.

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, walk, and lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
