This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Analyze, enhance, and implement business processes with an emphasis on digitization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and agile organizational structures.
• Independently manage client projects from initial planning to successful implementation.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Discover new opportunities and create innovative solutions.
• Actively engage in shaping the consulting portfolio.
• Assist in developing forward-looking concepts for clients.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
• Sustain and grow a professional network.
• Influence the transformation of the insurance industry, focusing on process optimization, digitization, and strategic consulting.
• Take part in internal decision-making processes.
• Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or a degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance/Risk & Insurance, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on insurance.
• 3–5 years of project management experience within the insurance sector.
• Preferably experience at a management consultancy or within an insurance company.
• Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM), digitization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process optimization.
• Experience with insurance processes.
• Certifications like Lean Six Sigma or other qualifications in Operational Excellence and process management are advantageous.
• Independent working style and a strong sense of initiative.
• Empathy and the capability to advise clients in a partnership-oriented manner.
• Creative and solution-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Confident use of digital tools for project management and presentations.
