This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the sales and business development initiatives for the Enterprise Services Division.
• Enhance the position of Enterprise Agency Services by strengthening market presence with strategic and existing national accounts.
• Manage the sales and marketing of services for major multi-state agency partnerships.
• Create annual sales forecasts and pinpoint product and service opportunities.
• Support competitive responses to challenges posed by competitors.
• Negotiate contract pricing and assist in drafting contracts and agreements with national agents.
• Advocate for and support enterprise agency solutions for state and key account title agents.
• Conduct research on market conduct, norms, practices, and legal and regulatory factors impacting national agents.
• Foster relationships with potential and existing accounts to increase volume, market share, and profitability.
• Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions using company offerings.
• Identify and convert qualified leads into new customers.
• Create selling propositions, sales presentations, proposals, and customized client presentations.
• Organize and lead account meetings to collect information, assess needs, and deliver solutions.
• Manage targeted marketing campaigns and client appreciation events.
• Train agents on the latest Old Republic resources.
• Participate in industry events, association gatherings, and conferences to expand business networks.
• Innovate and implement new products and production techniques for national and multi-state operations.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Client Success Manager and Account Manager to develop account coverage strategies.
• Monitor and log customer sales activity in Salesforce on a weekly basis.
• Maintain quarterly sales business plans, account lists, and revenue forecasts.
• Assist with agency contracts, amendments, addenda, commission splits, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with divisional, regional, and state managers, as well as internal and external colleagues.
• Ensure timely completion of RFIs and RFPs.
• Prepare sales reports, client setup, forecasts, expense reports, and other assignments.
• Evaluate account audits, track revenue performance, and follow up on audit findings.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and mandatory compliance training.
• At least 10 years of experience in the title insurance industry, encompassing roles in sales, underwriting operations, or escrow and settlement practices.
• Proven experience in managing title agencies and client relationships.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with ADB, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, CoPilot or AI platforms, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while effectively meeting stringent deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail accompanied by excellent organizational and business analysis skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound judgment and initiative.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills that are grammatically correct and business-appropriate.
• Availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
