This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Assist the Consumer Business Excellence Data Assurance team in supporting Customer Advocacy, Customer Master, 1A Financial Crimes, and Community Lending & Development.
• Provide expertise in business information management and lead the team effectively.
• Analyze, design, and facilitate business information management solutions.
• Create data repositories, warehouses, marts, and manage data movement, wrangling, mapping, and ETL processes.
• Support various data platforms, applications, tools, and frameworks used by functional groups for data preparation and architecture.
• Assist in data modeling and create road maps and strategies for information management.
• Drive intricate data integration and implement the Enterprise Data model.
• Gather and assess data requirements to create information management solutions.
• Develop data models, business rules, lifecycle management, governance, lineage, metadata, and reporting components.
• Design and execute advanced data information management frameworks.
• Collaborate with technology and business partners to resolve issues and fulfill SLAs.
• Create requirements and offer guidance for data impact assessments and risk mitigation strategies.
• Apply data management standards and ensure the quality of data.
• Conduct data profiling using TD tools and ad hoc query languages.
• Investigate root causes of data issues and assist users throughout the data lifecycle.
• Identify essential data elements and support governance and data management initiatives.
• Perform functional and enterprise-level analyses and provide informed recommendations.
• Keep track of emerging issues, trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor team members, share knowledge, and aid in team development.
• Bachelor's degree or Technical Certificate.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in business administration, statistics, mathematics, science, or finance.
• Advanced understanding of data sources, tools, and technologies utilized in preparing summaries and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Awareness of current and emerging trends in the competitive landscape and market.
• Proficiency in analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching others.
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Sound judgment in decision-making processes.
• Capability to analyze, organize, and prioritize tasks while adhering to multiple deadlines.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Ability to contribute to strategic direction and provide advice to senior leadership.
• Moderate-to-Advanced knowledge of Data Management.
• Familiarity with Jira, Alteryx, SQL, and Databricks.
• Understanding of complex data architectures.
• Willingness to travel domestically on occasion.
• Ability to perform sedentary work and consistently operate standard office equipment.
