This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with internal IT, Innovation, and associated teams to sustain advanced knowledge of AI and technological advancements pertinent to advisor practices.
• Convert emerging trends into actionable monthly learning segments for cohort check-in meetings.
• Create and deliver a curriculum that covers AI in wealth management, advisor productivity, technology-enabled advisory services, digital client interactions, automation, and data-informed decision-making.
• Conduct live demonstrations, respond to inquiries, and facilitate discussions during monthly cohort meetings.
• Oversee and uphold Mariner Academy data tracking and reporting, including attendance records, course completions, and assessment results.
• Provide actionable insights and clear performance analytics to Academy leadership, Executive Leadership, and Program Managers.
• Monitor technology and tool adoption and usage at both individual and cohort levels.
• Identify and highlight advisors who fall below utilization, competency, or performance benchmarks and facilitate personalized development plans.
• Work collaboratively across business units, Innovation, IT, and Compliance to ensure training materials align with regulatory and operational standards.
• Assess and recommend new technology and AI tools for integration into advisor practices and Academy curriculum.
• Develop and maintain a reporting infrastructure that connects the learning management system with enterprise analytics platforms.
• Advocate for technology that enhances the advisor's role and client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with learning management systems (e.g., Docebo or similar), Excel, and integrating multiple reporting platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to convey technical or data-driven concepts to a non-technical, professional audience.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Background in wealth management, financial planning, or a related financial services field is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies within professional services or advisory environments is preferred.
• Experience working collaboratively with IT, Innovation, or Compliance teams is preferred.
• Experience in organizational change management related to technology adoption is preferred.
• Willingness to learn Motivational Interviewing and achieve proficiency within the first year.
• AI literacy and technological fluency.
• Skills in data analytics and reporting.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with IT, Innovation, and Compliance.
