Senior Instructor, Mariner Academy – Cross Serve

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and lead the Cross-Serve Enablement workshop series.

• Facilitate both in-person and virtual "Cross Serve in Action" workshops.

• Enhance the understanding of the strengths and offerings of each business unit.

• Create interactive experiences that promote trust and relationship-building for client-first collaboration.

• Work collaboratively with business units to ensure Cross Serve content remains current and aligned with evolving business needs.

• Co-develop enterprise capstone projects that transform top-performer best practices into actionable training for junior roles.

• Foster psychologically safe environments to encourage open relationship-building.

• Promote communication and collaboration between Mariner Academy and enterprise business-unit partners.

• Utilize adult learning theory to design scenario-based simulations.

• Exemplify and reinforce a client-first, trust-based approach to cross-unit referrals.

• Measure, analyze, and report on collaboration outcomes.

• Advocate for client-centered communication leadership in program delivery.

• Provide workshop support across the enterprise as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in facilitating workshops or training sessions for professional audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish trust across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Experience in facilitating both virtual and in-person training using adult learning best practices.

• Familiarity with evidence-based communication techniques, such as Motivational Interviewing, or a willingness to achieve proficiency within the first year.

• Background in finance or experience in training business or leadership professionals.

• Workshop design and facilitation skills.

• Relationship-building and trust cultivation expertise.

• Ability to collaborate across functions.

• Adult learning program design experience.

• Client-centered communication skills.

• Curriculum and capstone project development capabilities.

• Change management experience.
