This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate live Client Centered Communication (CCC) training based on Motivational Interviewing (MI) for financial professionals and leaders across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

• Provide engaging, evidence-based instruction that promotes measurable competency in CCC.

• Offer support for one-on-one CCC coaching sessions as required.

• Utilize AI-enabled tools to code coaching transcripts for scalable performance assessment.

• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to ensure assessment tracking aligns with the minimum metrics for CCC competency.

• Assess participant performance and provide targeted feedback to facilitate skill mastery.

• Modify facilitation techniques to suit audiences ranging from junior advisors to senior leaders.

• Work together with Learning Experience Managers to manage training delivery, cohort scheduling, and milestone achievements.

• Contribute to the enhancement of CCC training content and materials.

• Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions across the enterprise as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Proven experience in facilitating Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills-based training for professional audiences.

• Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing facilitation.

• Experience in adult learning facilitation.

• Ability to provide performance feedback and coaching.

• Strong technology fluency and adaptability.

• Capacity to adapt to diverse audiences.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to execute tasks independently.

• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

• Membership in the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) is preferred.

• Experience in one-on-one Motivational Interviewing coaching is preferred.

• Expertise in Motivational Interviewing coding is preferred.

• Background in finance or experience training business or leadership professionals is preferred.
