Senior Installation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete post-sale implementation process for both new and renewal business.

• Manage group setup, structural configurations, contact assignments, and workflow tracking in Overwrite and Mercury.

• Propel automation initiatives and enhancements utilizing Curative AI agents.

• Confirm group information, broker/producer assignments, and contract specifics.

• Supervise Ironclad agreement workflows, ensuring that legal, stop-loss, and ACH documentation are finalized prior to installation handoff.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and set onboarding milestones for complex, mid-market, and high-touch accounts.

• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the implementation process.

• Manage enrollment execution across ENav and EDI integrations, acting as the primary technical contact for setup-related issues.

• Coordinate with Legal, Member Services, Care Navigation, and Medical Management on urgent onboarding matters.

• Cultivate relationships with internal teams, brokers, and external group representatives.

• Take ownership of installation SOPs, serving as the definitive subject matter expert.

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and enhance HelpScout macros, tracking spreadsheets, and team templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health Plan Implementation, Group Onboarding, Account Management, or Health Plan Sales.

• Previous experience in leading operational workflows or managing client setup systems.

• Extensive working knowledge of CRM/implementation platforms.

• Experience with enrollment platforms, particularly ENav and EDI.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HelpScout.

• Comprehensive understanding of commercial health plan benefit design and TPA network structures.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong diplomatic skills when handling high-stakes escalation calls with brokers and executive leadership.

• Capacity to manage multiple competing deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Spanish bilingualism is a plus; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
