
Senior Inside Sales Rep, Acute Surgical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Drive growth in disposable and capital equipment sales by overseeing and enhancing business within designated accounts.
β’ Identify, qualify, and secure new sales opportunities while ensuring strong retention of current customers.
β’ Encourage the adoption and utilization of Acute Surgical products among targeted healthcare facilities and stakeholders.
β’ Conduct virtual meetings with customers, including product presentations and demonstrations.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, supply chain stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
β’ Analyze territory performance and account data to pinpoint growth opportunities and create focused sales strategies.
β’ Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners to implement territory plans and customer engagement initiatives.
β’ Address customer concerns and provide continuous support.
β’ Support the entire Surgical portfolio, which includes Stapling, Energy, Electrosurgery, Situate, Access & Instrumentation, and Wound Closure.
β’ High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, customer support, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; OR an Associate's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
β’ Demonstrated history of meeting sales objectives and managing customer relationships within a designated territory or account base.
β’ Experience in identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
β’ Ability to analyze account and territory performance data to uncover growth opportunities and devise sales strategies.
β’ Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 25%, within the assigned territory and for business-related meetings.
β’ Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hiring and throughout the duration of employment.
β’ For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. Β§ 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
