Senior Ingeniero de Desarrollo Móvil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android.

• Collaborate with architecture, UX/UI, backend, and QA teams.

• Participate in the technical definition of new features and mobile architecture decisions.

• Implement clean code practices, unit testing, and code reviews.

• Optimize the performance, security, and stability of applications.

• Provide support and maintenance for applications in production.

• Document technical processes.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team.

• Develop digital solutions for a regional bank project within a financial environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile application development.

• At least 4-5 years specifically working with Flutter and Dart.

• Strong experience in consuming REST APIs.

• Experience with mobile architectures: MVVM, BLoC, Clean Architecture, Provider/Riverpod, or others.

• Experience integrating applications with backend systems and secure authentication services.

• Knowledge of best security practices in mobile applications, including handling sensitive data, encryption, and secure storage.

• Experience with version control using Git.

• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban.

• Experience publishing applications on the App Store and Google Play.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work in distributed teams.

• Autonomy and problem-solving skills.

• Quality-oriented with attention to detail, especially in banking environments.

• Desirable experience in banking or financial projects.

• Desirable knowledge of automated testing: unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing.

• Desirable experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

• Familiarity with Firebase, Crashlytics, and Sentry is a plus.

• Intermediate to advanced English for communication with distributed teams.
