Senior Information Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess new solutions suggested by vendors through Proofs of Concept (POC), ensuring adherence to security requirements.

• Engage in the implementation of sanctioned solutions and transition them to the teams responsible for ongoing maintenance.

• Establish a Digital Certification Authority.

• Offer support and upkeep for Microsoft Defender.

• Address and monitor support tickets related to security solutions.

• Execute email validation and necessary remediation measures.

• Provide assistance for Check Point firewall, including support and rule assessments.

• Collaborate with Proxy solutions.

• Utilize SFTP for secure file transfers.

• Implement and manage antivirus solutions, offering assistance to the involved teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, or an equivalent undergraduate degree along with postgraduate studies in IT.

• Experience with Microsoft cloud services (e.g., Azure).

• Proven experience in deploying and supporting antivirus solutions.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender.

• Experience with Check Point firewall and rule assessments.

• Proficient in Proxy solutions.

• Experience with SFTP.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and track support tickets.

• Fluent technical English for initiating and following up on tickets with Microsoft.

• ITIL Foundation v3 or higher certification/training.

• Possession of at least one of the following certifications: (ISC)² CISSP, (ISC)² CCFP, GIAC GCFE, EC-Council CEH, EC-Council ECSA, EC-Council CHFI, Carnegie Mellon CSIH, Offensive Security OSCP, or Offensive Security OSCE.

• Other Cybersecurity-related certifications may also be evaluated for consideration.

• Understanding of cryptography.

• Networking knowledge for troubleshooting purposes.

• Proficient English for communication and support with international vendors.
