Security Analyst – Purple Team, Offensive and Defensive Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform internal and external penetration tests while simulating realistic attack scenarios.

• Recognize, prioritize, remediate, and monitor vulnerabilities in both applications and infrastructure.

• Integrate and enhance SAST, DAST, and SCA testing within CI/CD pipelines.

• Review system architectures, establish security requirements, and assist in developing resilient solutions from the start (Security by Design).

• Exploit vulnerabilities, evaluate risks, and support secure solutions utilizing LLM models.

• Educate and mentor development teams on secure coding practices and threat mitigation strategies.

• Document risks, attack vectors, and corrective actions in both technical and management reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed postgraduate degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

• Practical experience in penetration testing, attack simulations, vulnerability assessments, and mitigation/defensive strategies.

• Expertise in MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP Top 10 / LLM, PTES, and NIST frameworks.

• Familiarity with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, OpenVAS, SonarQube, Snyk, Checkmarx, or equivalent software.

• Experience in integrating security processes within CI/CD pipelines and performing SAST, DAST, and SCA analyses.

• Capability to convert technical vulnerabilities into business risks and work collaboratively with development, infrastructure, and management teams.

• OSCP, CEH, Security+, CISSP, and Pentest+ certifications are advantageous.

• Proficiency in English for technical and corporate communication is preferred.
