Senior Influencer Marketing Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main strategic contact for incoming inquiries.

• Conduct introductory calls alongside team members, assessing and qualifying organic leads.

• Convert client visions into proposals, pitch decks, and RFPs.

• Facilitate the transition from signed contracts to active project initiation.

• Develop campaign roadmaps and ensure deliverables are aligned with client objectives.

• Transition daily operations to the execution team.

• Oversee current and past clients and campaigns to confirm budget utilization and achievement of performance metrics.

• Reconnect with previous opportunities to generate new prospects.

• Utilize data and analytics to enhance creator bookings, foster account growth, and ensure long-term client retention.

• Tap into the global creator network, primarily focusing on Europe, APAC, and Latin America.

• Create flexible operational processes and assign daily execution tasks to Influencer Marketing Campaign Managers and Assistants.

• Mentor, guide, and enhance the skills of team members.

• Proven industry experience with extensive access to influencers via communities, talent agencies, and databases.

• Capability to lead discovery and introduction calls while qualifying organic leads.

• Proficiency in crafting customized proposals, pitch decks, and RFPs.

• Skill in structuring campaign roadmaps and aligning deliverables with client objectives.

• Strong data and analytics expertise for optimizing creator bookings and promoting account growth.

• Competence in establishing agile operational processes and delegating execution tasks.

• Ability to train, guide, and enhance the skills of team members.
