This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate influencer strategies aligned with client objectives, audience insights, cultural trends, platform behaviors, and performance metrics.
• Convert client briefs and business goals into influencer strategies, creator plans, campaign concepts, and activation frameworks.
• Suggest creator tiers, platforms, content formats, and partnership models based on campaign goals and budget constraints.
• Spot opportunities to expand influencer content into paid social, performance ads, brand channels, and broader marketing initiatives.
• Oversee creator discovery, vetting, outreach, selection, and relationship management.
• Negotiate creator fees, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity agreements, timelines, and campaign specifications.
• Manage influencer campaigns from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategy, budget, and timelines.
• Create creator briefs; oversee communications, submissions, approvals, revisions, posting schedules, and asset delivery.
• Validate that content adheres to platform best practices, campaign requirements, brand guidelines, and FTC disclosure regulations.
• Identify and address campaign risks, delays, and performance challenges.
• Act as a primary influencer marketing partner for clients, leading meetings, presentations, status calls, and strategic planning sessions.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks in collaboration with Analytics, Media, and Strategy teams.
• Track performance, optimize creators, content, messaging, platforms, and amplification strategies.
• Transform campaign outcomes into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to campaign summaries, quarterly business reviews, case studies, and strategic proposals.
• Mentor Influencer Managers and Coordinators.
• Enhance influencer processes, workflows, templates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Creative, Organic Social, Performance Creative, Paid Media, Account Management, and Analytics teams.
• Assist with new business pitches, proposals, scopes of work, and influencer program suggestions.
• 5–7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or a related field, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven experience in independently managing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
• Experience working with various creator tiers, including UGC creators and established influencers/talent.
• In-depth knowledge of creator contracting, usage rights, exclusivity, paid amplification, whitelisting/partnership ads, and FTC regulations.
• Ability to assess creator content through both a brand-focused and performance-oriented perspective.
• Excellent client communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to articulate and defend strategic recommendations.
• Outstanding project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple clients, creators, timelines, and deliverables concurrently.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate relationships with creators and talent effectively.
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach and the capability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
