Influencer Marketing Manager – All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify appropriate influencers and creators for Funzy.

• Proactively engage with influencers and creators to secure their interest in collaborating with Funzy.

• Oversee current influencer and creator partnerships.

• Foster long-term relationships with influencers and creators.

• Coordinate collaborations from initial discussions and briefings through content creation to final execution.

• Develop and implement innovative influencer marketing concepts and formats alongside the team.

• Execute UGC content and advertisements, coordinating with creators, briefings, and content production.

• Monitor ongoing collaborations and assess their outcomes.

• Utilize insights and learnings to continuously enhance influencer marketing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or a related field.

• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for proactively connecting with creators and building relationships.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple simultaneous collaborations.

• A solid understanding of social media, creators, and content.

• Proficient in using Instagram and TikTok.

• Independent and pragmatic work approach.

• Eagerness to share your own ideas.

• Very good command of German.

• Good command of English.

• Initial experience with UGC content or UGC advertisements is a plus.

• Experience in a DTC brand, e-commerce company, start-up, or agency is a plus.

• Interest in family, lifestyle, or interior design sectors is a plus.
