Head of Streamers & Influencers – Crypto Casino

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the streamer and influencer channel, overseeing everything from strategy to execution and outcomes.

• Identify, recruit, and cultivate relationships with streamers and influencers across platforms such as Twitch, Kick, YouTube, X, and others.

• Negotiate and structure various deals including CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and flat agreements that foster growth while safeguarding margins.

• Manage daily interactions with partners to ensure they remain engaged, high-performing, and aligned with the brand's objectives.

• Develop tracking, attribution, and reporting systems to accurately showcase the contributions of each partner.

• Create innovative assets and incentives tailored for partners.

• Spot emerging creators and platforms early on.

• Collaborate with management to ensure the channel aligns with broader acquisition strategies and lifetime value considerations.

• Recruit and lead the streamer and influencer team as the company expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing streamer or influencer marketing within the realms of crypto casino, iGaming, or sports betting.

• A pre-existing network of streamers, influencers, agencies, or affiliate networks, or a proven capability to rapidly build one.

• Experience in a start-up or small company environment, having built initiatives from the ground up in a dynamic, fast-paced setting without reliance on a large team or established playbooks.

• Practical understanding of how creator deals function, including partner identification, term structuring, and translating this into measurable growth.

• Strong knowledge of acquisition economics, attribution, and deal formulation.

• Keen commercial instincts and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
