This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide guidance to the Product team on feature choices and trade-offs from an operational viewpoint.
• Examine and provide feedback on product requirement documents.
• Offer advice on the reporting needs of Property Care clients, distinguishing between custom and standardized options.
• Transform feedback from Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) into prioritized contributions for the product roadmap.
• Attend and represent ServiceTitan at industry events, including PestWorld.
• Manage relationships with key trade associations such as the National Pest Management Association (NPMA).
• Create market perspective documents for both internal and client-facing purposes.
• Participate in prospect presentations and calls to lend industry credibility and address trade-specific inquiries.
• Develop go-to-market materials and value propositions based on operator experiences.
• Assist in uncovering complex or unclear operational topics during the onboarding process.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complicated implementation challenges.
• Act as an internal resource for inquiries related to trade-specific implementations.
• Provide dedicated support for high-priority named accounts.
• Convert customer requests and challenges into actionable insights for relevant ServiceTitan teams.
• Bring an operator's perspective to customer interactions.
• Extensive senior-level experience in the Property Care trade industry.
• Direct management experience in both Operations and Technology.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing operations within enterprise environments.
• Recent experience within the last 2–3 years in overseeing Property Care trade technology systems.
• Ideally, experience in managing significant platform migrations or enterprise rollouts.
• High market credibility among industry professionals.
• Outstanding verbal storytelling abilities.
• Comprehensive operational knowledge across recurring revenue/service agreements, technician routing, route density optimization, chemical tracking and compliance, as well as multi-location or multi-brand operations.
• Preferred: Direct experience with M&A integrations, platform consolidations, or multi-brand rollups.
