📋 Description

• Evaluate insights regarding pension administration systems and their integration with other services.

• Assess proposed modifications in relation to operational requirements, service quality, and delivery limitations.

• Question unfounded assumptions concerning internal teams, suppliers, and transition risks.

• Assist architects in differentiating between authentic business needs and platform preferences.

• Analyze pertinent recommendations and articulate any practical concerns with clarity.

• Collaborate with client specialists while valuing their existing knowledge of pensions.

• Offer an independent, practical evaluation of technology assessment results for UK pensions administration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive operational, consulting, or technology leadership experience in UK pensions administration.

• In-depth understanding of administration processes, data quality, system interfaces, and supplier performance.

• Proven experience in reviewing technology or operational changes that impact pension services.

• Capable of providing unbiased advice without endorsing a specific platform or supplier.

• Comfortable discussing findings with senior technology and business leaders.

• Skilled at identifying and managing relevant conflicts of interest prior to accepting an assignment.
