This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the customer implementation process for enterprise accounts by developing project plans, monitoring milestones, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors, firm administrators, and end users to synchronize priorities, clarify roles, and foster accountability.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, consultative process reviews, configuration workshops, and customized training sessions.
• Provide guidance to customers on workflow design, firm operations, and best practices in change management.
• Assist firms in preparing their teams for new processes, promoting adoption, and addressing resistance.
• Support data imports while ensuring data integrity using Excel and various tools.
• Recognize early warning signs of potential delays or adoption challenges and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
• Work in conjunction with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams during customer transitions and feedback processes.
• Drive measurable customer outcomes and return on investment for sustained success on the Karbon platform.
• Leverage AI tools, including ChatGPT licenses and AI-powered workflow automations, for project planning, customer communications, and process enhancement.
• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations.
• 2+ years of comprehensive technical implementation experience.
• Proficiency in project management and handling multiple customer projects concurrently.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, facilitating workshops and engaging in executive-level discussions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable items.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to encourage firms to reassess their processes.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to follow-through.
• Comfortable working with data and systems to maintain integrity during migrations and configurations.
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work remotely while managing time effectively.
