Senior Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process, data migration, implementation, and training for enterprise clients.

• Serve as project manager for enterprise accounts, ensuring project plans, milestones, and deliverables are maintained.

• Collaborate with executive sponsors, firm administrators, and end users.

• Lead kickoff meetings, process evaluations, configuration workshops, and customized training sessions.

• Provide guidance to customers on workflow design, firm operations, best practices, and change management strategies.

• Assist firms in navigating process changes, adoption challenges, and managing resistance.

• Ensure accurate and thorough importing of contacts and work items.

• Recognize and address potential implementation delays and adoption risks.

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.

• Foster measurable customer ROI and long-term success on the Karbon platform.

• Utilize ChatGPT licenses and AI-driven workflow automation for planning, communication, and process enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations.

• 2+ years of comprehensive technical implementation experience.

• Proven experience in project management and handling multiple customer projects concurrently.

• Skilled in facilitating workshops and engaging in executive-level discussions.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Capable of translating technical concepts into straightforward, actionable steps.

• Strong focus on detail, accuracy, and follow-through.

• Experience with data management and systems to ensure integrity during migrations and configurations.

• Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

• Comfortable working remotely and self-managing time effectively.

• Proficient in Excel and other data import tools.

• Bonus: experience in accounting or tax, workflow/accounting/project management software, software onboarding or enterprise implementations, change management frameworks, startup/high-growth SaaS, or Karbon.
