Senior Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main client liaison throughout the implementation process

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment on workflows

• Maintain consistency with both operational and executive stakeholders

• Provide regular progress updates, identify risks early, and manage coordination through the go-live phase and initial adoption

• Supervise customer onboarding, encompassing planning, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and ongoing support

• Develop project plans, milestones, and strategies for risk mitigation

• Utilize KPIs such as time saved and reduced turnaround to illustrate ROI and facilitate customer growth

• Promote and sell additional products to existing customers

• Create scalable frameworks for customer success that include onboarding, training, support, and upselling

• Design targeted materials for customer success, including templates for role-based meetings

• Lead comprehensive deployments, ongoing customer success initiatives, and onboarding for new products

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

• Develop scalable SOPs and playbooks while enhancing the partner experience

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including provider, payer, or healthcare technology environments

• 4+ years of experience in leading healthcare IT or SaaS implementations with direct responsibility for delivery

• Demonstrated success in scaling complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and achieving measurable outcomes

• Familiarity with customer support workflows and tools

• Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred

• Experience in cardiology or oncology is preferred

• Ability to utilize metrics and insights to showcase customer ROI and identify growth opportunities

• Skill in translating complex insights into straightforward recommendations for executives, customers, and internal teams

• Proficiency in planning and managing projects from start to finish, setting milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and mitigating risks
