
Senior Implementation Project Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main liaison for clients and internal teams throughout the entire implementation process.
• Oversee projects from the initial planning phase to the final implementation stage.
• Facilitate coordination of activities between internal resources and external stakeholders.
• Create and sustain project plans, task lists, timelines, and status updates.
• Set up implementation parameters and input essential setup information into proprietary systems and databases.
• Manage numerous implementation activities across various internal teams.
• Keep implementation documentation, procedures, and project audit records up to date.
• Assist with issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and after-hours implementation activities as required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, implementation, or project management supporting client delivery, installation, or solution rollout activities.
• At least 4 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and stakeholder communications in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce project documentation, status reports, and implementation materials.
• Experience in documenting implementation procedures, tracking deliverables, and aiding in issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
• High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), associate degree, or higher, or a comparable combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military service.
• Must currently hold valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
