This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead intricate customer onboarding and implementation initiatives for Arena PLM and QMS.
• Take ownership of implementation execution, customer accountability, project governance, risk management, executive communication, and delivery forecasting.
• Develop and oversee project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities between customers and internal teams to sustain implementation momentum.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure value realization, quality, and timely delivery.
• Define customer responsibilities, milestones, and expectations.
• Drive customer accountability regarding commitments, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and escalate risks that could impact implementation success.
• Create executive communication frameworks and provide concise status updates.
• Facilitate governance discussions and foster relationships with customer leadership.
• Enhance standardized project schedules, reporting frameworks, and governance templates.
• Evaluate delivery performance and suggest process improvements.
• Mentor Solution Delivery team members, share best practices, and cultivate leadership skills.
• Establish a scalable PMO framework.
• Collaborate with partners and support partner projects as necessary.
• Participate in customer steering committees.
• Work in conjunction with Solution Architects, Customer Success Coaches, Technical Consultants, Account Managers, and customer stakeholders.
• This position does not involve solution design, configuration, training delivery, or technical implementation activities.
• Over 8 years of experience in program/project implementation management leadership.
• Proven history of managing enterprise-level transformation programs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, executive engagement, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in preparing for and leading steering committee meetings.
• Capability to navigate challenging implementation discussions with confidence and professionalism.
• Proficient in leading complete project lifecycles utilizing traditional PMI Process or Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Familiarity with industry-specific processes in High-tech Electronics, Medical Device, and/or Aerospace & Defense manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and/or Quality Management System (QMS) is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Smartsheet is preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based Software as a Service solutions is preferred.
• PMP or PgMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship from PTC.
