Senior Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the relationship and outcomes for a select group of major customer accounts, spanning from executive sponsorship to daily operational leadership.

• Oversee implementations as projects that include discovery, scoping, planning, milestone tracking, and go-live execution.

• Collaborate with implementation managers, support engineers, product teams, and sales, engaging with stakeholders who may not report directly to you.

• Organize and facilitate onsite working sessions.

• Strategically design the integration of AI into each customer's operations, which encompasses voice-agent calls and Autopilot workflows.

• Configure and test Voice Agents effectively.

• Analyze calls and agent sessions to identify issues, refine playbooks, and assess outcomes.

• Advocate for customer needs internally as Autopilot evolves, providing prioritized feedback to product and engineering teams.

• Demonstrate ROI through comprehensive dashboards and analyses.

• Proactively identify risks, collaborate with the sales team before account handoff, and promote account growth once the account is stable.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO and the leadership team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in management consulting, enterprise implementation, solutions or technical account management, or a comparable client-facing role managing complex projects from start to finish.

• Proven experience in leading programs that involve multiple stakeholders and intricate details.

• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data flow structures.

• Proficient in interpreting integration specifications and recognizing missing components.

• Extensive use of AI in personal projects; experience in developing, fine-tuning, or assessing an LLM-based agent or workflow is highly preferred.

• Established credibility with CEOs or COOs and a practical understanding when dealing with dispatchers.

• Strong writing abilities.

• Experience in moving, logistics, or field services is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of SQL or basic scripting is beneficial; production coding is not a necessity.
