This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and revise course content materials in line with project specifications, standards, and guidelines, with oversight from senior staff.

• Format materials according to the specifications of project design.

• Manage course and academic content within established storage systems and databases, following institutional protocols, processes, and procedures.

• Collaborate with members of the Course Development team throughout the course creation process.

• Prepare PDF files and other deliverables for print vendors, internal stakeholders, and partners as necessary.

• Engage in project-team planning, scheduling, and problem-solving activities.

• Utilize authoring tools, production software, content management systems, digital asset systems, learning management systems, and other technical resources.

• Assist with support and maintenance requests to fulfill service-level agreements with clients.

• Perform additional assigned tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Graphic Arts, or a related field (e.g., publishing; education).

• 1-2 years of experience in developing online courses within a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in creating intricate content using PowerPoint is essential.

• Strong preference for experience with InDesign in producing printed textbook files.

• Familiarity with developing courses in Articulate Rise/Storyline is preferred.

• Graphic design experience is an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting—as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member.

• Willingness to learn and implement new technologies, adapting processes for continuous improvement, particularly with AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
